Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.

Customized or personalized items—such as knocked bats, engraved gear, or jerseys with a name/number—are non-returnable.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 How to Return an Item

Email support@sjsports.com.au with your order number and the reason for return.

Once approved, send your item to: SJ Sports, 60 Deshon Street, Woolloongabba QLD 4102.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
