At SJ Sports, we’re committed to delivering high-quality cricket gear and ensuring a smooth, satisfying shopping experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized items—such as knocked bats, engraved gear, or jerseys with a name/number—are non-returnable.

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@sjsports.com.au with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, send your item to: SJ Sports, 60 Deshon Street, Woolloongabba QLD 4102.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues or product defects. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective or damaged item.

  • Include photos for faster resolution.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit.
