Shipping Policy and Guidelines

We do our best to dispatch product as soon as possible. Shipping cost at SJ Sports is calculated based on multiple factors which includes Selected Postage type, weight, volume, and delivery area. Once we complete picking and packing, we will provide you with tracking details.

Australia Domestic Postage

SJ Sports has simplified postage cost for customers. Standard Post  for order value up to 199 will be $9.99 AUD ( Excludes bulky items). We will provide Standard free delivery on item above $200 ( Excludes bulky items). Bulky item postage will be calculated at check out.

Delivery Time Frame^#

Delivery time frame begins from time of dispatch and not from time of purchase. 

We usually dispatch the item within 1 - 3 business days and our average dispatch time is 1 business day. Please allow 3-4  business days for English willow bat as we provide complimentary Bat preparation service.

Standard Delivery time may vary between 1 – 10 business days and Express postage delivery time can vary from next business day delivery to delivery within 3 days. Above timing is guideline only. We do our best to deliver in time frame however transit time is out of our control.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We offer international standard postage service at reasonable rate. If you need express postage, please contact us and we can advise you on the pricing if the product is eligible for express postage.

^#Domestic & International delivery time frames can be affected because of following reasons:

• Stock unavailability – If any issue with stock availability, we will contact you to discuss at earliest.
• Store Closure  and Public holidays– We will dispatch the item next  business day.
•  Incorrect or Incomplete address – We will contact you to confirm shipping address in such cases.
• Delays by Postal Service – Some time there could be delay by postal service which are beyond our control.
• High Risk Orders – In some instances we might need personal verification to avoid fraud prevention.

• If the combined weight for your order exceeds the eligible actual weight or volumetric weight for shipping, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff from dispatch team.
• For the postage of bulk orders, bulky items like Oversize Kit bags, Cricket Nets, Stumps, ground equipment, etc. you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff from dispatch team for any additional postage cost incurred.
• All transactions on SJ Sports website are carried out in Australian dollars and your final bill is determined by the exchange rate used by PayPal, your bank, or Credit Card provider. Contact us for any additional queries regarding payment.
