Each bat is carefully prepared to ensure maximum performance and longevity. Our comprehensive process includes:

• Oiling – To condition and preserve the willow.

• Knocking-In – Machine knocking with variable speeds, starting slow and increasing after thousands of knocks to open up the bat's fibres.

• Manual Edge Preparation – Reinforces edge durability for match play.

• Fitting of Extratec Sheet – Protects the bat face from surface cracks.

• Edge Tape Application – Adds an extra layer of defense during play.

⏱️ Processing Time

Bat preparation may take up to 3 days. Please note that minor marks on the bat face may appear—this is a normal part of the preparation process and indicates that your bat is nearly match-ready.
